Construction Manager and Senior Vice President
Kirk has almost 20 years experience in construction. He has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Wisconsin. His experience with Yuma Valley Contractors has been that of lead estimator, project manager and now construction manager of the commercial construction division.
Project Manager/Estimator
Brent has more than 20 years of construction experience and has been with Yuma Valley Contractors since 2012. Some of his roles with the company include project superintendent, project manager, and estimator. He has strong experience in commercial buildings, heady road construction, structural concrete, and underground utilities.
Project Manager/Estimator
Greg has been with Yuma Valley Contractors since February 2019 and brings 30 years of construction experience as a general contractor and project manager. Greg’s experience consists of residential and commercial construction, and facility maintenance. He brings with him his expertise in project cost, craftsmanship in design and attention to detail.
Underground Superintendent
Artie has been with the company more than 32 years. He manages all of our underground jobs and our equipment maintenance department. Artie vast knowledge of construction practices, equipment operation, regulatory requirements and relationships with local subcontractors and agencies, allows our company to always bring our jobs in on-time and on-budget.
Construction Superintendent
Rex has experience in residential, commercial, office, public school, library, bank and strip mall construction. He supervises residential, commercial, and office remodels and additions. He also oversees quality control to verify the owner receives the highest quality product, daily construction activities at the project site, scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of project construction. Additionally, meets with the architect and engineer to discuss progress of the project.
Safety & Job Superintendent
Brad has almost 25 years construction experience as a Job Superintendent, Project Manager and Safety Manager. Brad has completed the 40 Hour EM 385-1-1 Hazard Recognition Course, the 30 hour OSHA course and MSHA Instructor training.
Job Superintendent
Jason has been with the company since 2012 and brings over 20 years of experience in welding, construction, and facilities management. Prior to joining Yuma Valley Contractor, he was a vocational teacher for Yuma High School District and taught welding at San Luis High School for several years. Jason has helped on many projects where we’ve needed skilled welding services. Additionally, he performs facilities management for most of our other locations and businesses.
Project Assistant
Rebecca has been with the company since October 2020. She is the point of contact for our subcontractors, vendors and customers. She has experience in accounting and job cost. It is her job to assist our project manager and safety supervisor in all aspects of their projects.
